Your tasks will vary depending on your campus environment and the time of year. Examples of responsibilities include: 

• Collaborating with campus and community organizations to establish Congo Clothing Company as their go-to merch provider.
• Creating engaging social media content to highlight your role as an ambassador and promote The Collective.
• Sharing Congo Clothing Company’s mission through campus outreach and events

You’ll also have the creative freedom to propose initiatives tailored to your campus and personal interests, making this role a truly unique and rewarding experience.

The Collective is all about what you make of it—your experience and success grow with the effort you put in. With a flexible schedule and a minimum commitment of 2 hours per week, you’ll have the freedom to work at your own pace. Each month, you’ll receive tasks and outreach ideas to help guide your efforts.

Yes! Details on compensation will be shared once you're accepted. Your work as an ambassador is commission-based, meaning you’ll earn a percentage of the merch sales you generate.

You can be an ambassador for as long as you are a student. You’re welcome to stay involved throughout your academic journey, developing your community leadership, social advocacy, and entrepreneurial skills along the way.
