Abacost: a blend of the French "à bas le costume" meaning "down with the suit." This distinctive Congolese attire was promoted by Mobutu Sese Seko as part of his authenticité programme in Zaire, between 1972 and 1990.
The workwear style jacket comes in a relaxed fit, featuring a nehru collar. Made in a structured fabric and screen printed in low contrast with a custom pattern. Accented by coconut buttons and our signature CCC woven label.
